Hello. I’m Duncan. I help some of the most ambitious organisations in the UK unlock the potential of their teams through executive coaching, leadership development workshops and talent transformation strategy.
Across the past 15 years I’ve been the founding CEO of Dyson’s new engineering university – their largest ever investment into talent development – a founding trustee of a social justice charity, a governor of an inner-London academy, an entrepreneur and a salesman for a Fortune 100 company.
I'm a certified professional coach, trained by the International Coach Academy and credentialed by the International Coaching Federation, the world’s leading coaching body, and I have delivered leadership programmes to thousands of participants from across the UK, US and Asia, including hundreds of hours of one-to-one coaching.
