About me

Hello. I’m Duncan. I’m an executive coach and qualified therapist.

Prior to focusing on coaching, I was a leader in business, education, and the social impact sector. I was appointed by Sir James Dyson in 2017 as the founding CEO of The Dyson Institute of Engineering and Technology, a pioneering university at the heart of industry. Before that, I co-founded a leadership development company delivering corporate and educational programmes to organisations in the UK, US and Asia. Across these roles, I have delivered thousands of hours of one-to-one coaching and training. I began my commercial career at Procter & Gamble.

I am trained by the top coach training schools in the world, the Co-Active Training Institute and the International Coach Academy, and Europe’s leading integrative psychotherapy school, The Minster Centre. I am accredited by the International Coaching Federation and am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am a member of the Trusted Coach Directory.
