I help people find greater fulfilment, increase their wellbeing and achieve higher performance by supporting them to navigate or create meaningful changes in their professional and personal lives.
I was formerly the founding chief executive of The Dyson Institute of Engineering and Technology – a brand new multimillion-pound university at the heart of industry – where I made continuous coaching a pillar of the degree programme.
Before that, I built and ran a leadership development company, delivering programmes to thousands of participants from across the UK, US and Asia, including extensive one-to-one coaching. I have also served on the boards of a social justice charity and an inner-London academy.
My coaching practice is informed by my wide-ranging experience, but I don’t offer advice, quick fixes or corporate sound bites. Our work will go much deeper: my job is to listen, observe, share reflections and ask powerful questions to help you to see your situation in 3D, work out what you want to do, and then do it.
